INTRODUCTION:
This three story office condominium building has a superb location in downtown Long Beach, California. It is just a couple blocks from the popular Pine Avenue area, which boasts some of the best restaurants in not only Long Beach, but in all of Los Angeles County. Just a few blocks to the south is the Long Beach Convention Center as well as the Aquarium of the Pacific, with ancillary commercial space nearby including theaters, restaurants and retailers. A few blocks away are several hotels. Access to the Interstate system is extremely convenient with the Harbor Freeway (710) only several blocks to the west. (Please see the Location Map.) Together, these amenities form a strong infrastructure to support a variety of businesses located in the individually owned office condominiums at Sea Spray Gardens.

The Sea Spray Gardens building features gated underground parking for owners-tenants, ample visitor parking and a new digital gate system. In particular, it has an open interior with a spectacular fountain and pool. Please view the pictures shown on the upper left for different perspectives of this unique structure. The building has a total of 31,674 net rentable square feet, fairly equally divided on three levels, and approximately 15 owners. The per office size range from around 560 to 7,200 s.f., but most are between 1,000 and 2,000 s.f.

OBJECTIVE:
The goal of this web site is two-fold. First, it offers some general information about the property and the Long Beach area to current occupants, their guests, and prospective tenants and owners. Secondly, it allows the individual owners of Sea Spray Gardens to securely and privately access: monthly financial reports, meeting minutes, a calendar, a contact list of condominium owners, building photos, a calendar of meetings and events as well as an on-line chat room. These sections have restricted access and can only be visited by the owners of Sea Spray Gardens and designated management.

ACCESS TO RESTRICTED AREAS BY CONDOMINIUM OWNERS:
For an owner to access the restricted areas, they only need to go the the bottom left hand column and join the "seaspray" group under Yahoo's Financial Groups. Once their identity is verified, an owner will have access to these restricted areas. All owner's are not only encouraged to join, but to participate.
